We prepare enough food with seconds in mind, we request a general consensus of what your guests preference in meats are so we can arrange adequate quantities while minimizing waste.
We are located in Sudbury but can travel anywhere, if your event is within Sudbury limits there is no travel fee, otherwise there is a surcharge of $75 per every 50 km
Buffet style, ideally once you have a head count I can determine how much of each meat is required to cater your affair to limit waste.

Absolutely, I understand planning an event can be extremely stressful and the last thing you need is to gamble your money on hoping the food will be good. I do charge cost of whatever you decide to try in your menu sampling (includes meat and grocery costs, cost of fuel).
